From September 25–29, 2015, PFDI gathered for an immersive leadership development experience focused on building strong leaders and achieving excellence.
Members learned from accomplished leaders across hospitality, athletics, and the military, gaining insights into developing staff and maintaining the highest levels of quality and service as businesses grew.
The convention included exclusive access to the Olympic Training Center, the U.S. Air Force Academy, and the Broadmoor’s renowned training specialists. The experience provided PFDI members with practical strategies for developing leaders, strengthening their teams, and preparing their organizations for continued growth.
